It indicates that it failed to generate information about disk array (name: aaa...a).

: Disk array name
Specify the cause from related other messages and restart the monitoring after
the trouble recovery. The monitoring can be restarted from iSM client.
ERROR
It indicates that state monitoring to the iSM server is blockaded.
Collect information and restart the iSM server if necessary. For how to collect
the information, refer to 6.1.9 "Information Gathering Method when Server Fault
with Unknown Cause" of the "NEC Storage Manager User's Manual".
