aa : Internal number indicating physical disk type

ccccc : Product ID of disk array (for example, S2100 Disk Array etc.)
ddddd : Serial number of disk array
ee-ff : Physical disk number
gg-hh : RANK number that the physical disk belong to
iiiiiiii/jj : Maintenance information
