The disk with error cannot be included to iSM server. iSM server will ignore
error.
This message is output on UNIX system.
aaa...a : Special file name
bbb...b : Function number
ccc : Error number
dd-eeee : Detail information (This code isn't disorder reason but a value
for maintenance.)
Check the special file name, function name and error number to remove the
failure, and restart iSM server if necessary.
