labeledEXT. Your f axmachinecannotworkproperly ifyouplugtheTAD intoa
walljack.
1 Plugthe telephone linecordfromthewalljackintotheleftsideofthefax
machine,in the jacklabeledLINE.
2 Plugthetelephone linecordfromyourTAD intothe leftsideofthefax
machine,in the jacklabeled EXT. ( Make surethiscordisconnected to the
TAD at theTAD's t elephone linejack,and notitstelephone setjack.)
3 Press_ untilthe screendisplays [ T Ar'l_"AH.'_--; Ij.I E R ]"1 I .:1C H.
4 SetyourTAD to 4 ringsor less.(Thefaxmachine's RingDelay settingdoes
notapply).
SettheTAD to answercalls.
