Setting Ring Delay
TheRingDelay settingdetermines t he numberoftimesthefaxmachinerings
beforeit answers. I fyouhaveextension phoneson the sameline asthefax
machine,setthe RingDelay to 4.

2 Press [] or [] to select h owmanytimesthe lineringsbeforethefax
machineanswers (00- 04). Ifyouselect00,thelinedoesn'tring at all.
3 Press [] whenthescreendisplays yourselection.
4 Press _ to exit.
Setting Frr Ring Time
Youneedtodeterminehowlongthefaxmachinewillsendyouitsspecial d ouble
ringwhenyouhavea voicecall.Thisringinghappensafter theinitialringing
fromthephonecompany. O nlythe faxmachinerings,for

seconds; n ootherphoneson thesamelineringthe special d oublering.However,
youcan answerthe callon anyphoneonthesameline asthefaxmachine.
