To display and modify e-mail notification:
1. From the Maintenance menu, choose Configure E-Mail.

2. Enter an IP address or DNS host name for your SMTP server.
3. Enter up to five e-mail addresses for personnel who should be notified automatically of
system events.
4. To enable or disable e-mail notification, select the Enable E-Mail Event Notification
check box.
5. This will enable e-mail notification for all Product Managers if e-mail notification is
enabled through each Product Manager's Enable E-Mail Notification option. If the
Enable E-Mail Event Notification check box is not selected, e-mail notification is
disabled for all Product Managers.
6. Click Activate to confirm the information that you have entered.
The SMTP server address and e-mail addresses can be up to 64 characters.
