Product Status Log
Select this option to display the Product Status Log, which records the operational
status changes of each managed product.

The Maintenance Menu

The Maintenance menu provides tools for setting remote communication options.
Test Remote Notification
Select this option to display the Test Remote Notification dialog box. Use this dialog
box to test the remote notification mechanisms that you have configured — e-mail
notification and the call-home feature.
Enable Call Home Event Notification
Select this option to enable and disable the call-home feature.
Configure E-Mail
Select this option to display the Configure E-Mail dialog box. Use this dialog box to
configure network addresses for administrators or others who should receive
notification of product events through e-mail, and to enable e-mail notification.
Configure Ethernet Events
Select this option to display the Configure Ethernet Events dialog box. Use this dialog
box to configure Ethernet events and enable notification for all Product Managers. An
Ethernet event occurs when the Ethernet link between the HP EFC server and the
managed product is lost.
If e-mail notification is also enabled, an e-mail will be sent when communication
between the HP EFC Manager and a product is lost.
If call-home notification is also enabled, a call home will be generated when
communication between the HP EFC Manager and a product is lost.
