3. Press OK to enter the setting mode

to move to Flicker option.
Press OK to enter
5. Use
to select 50Hz or 60Hz depending on your country standards - see above.
6. Press OK to proceed the selection and go back to previous menu
7. Press MENU during setting to cancel the selection and go back to the last menu
