Top-of-Range Cookware
Aluminum: Medium-weight cookware is
recommended because it heats quickly

aluminum skillet. Use saucepans with fight-
fitting lids when cooking with minimum

Cast-Iron: If heated

Stainless Steel'. This metal alone has poor

Use a flat-bottomed wok.
Wok This Way
We recommendthatyou use a 14-inchor smaller
fiat-bottomed wok. Make sure the wok bottom sits
fiat on the grate. Theyare available at your local
retail store.
Only a fiat-bottomed wok should be used.
Do not use a wok support ring. Placing tile
ring over tile

In Case of Power Failure
In case of a power fifilure, you can light tile
