About Your Queued Call Console
Lights
Your console and DSS lights provide the visual cues for
handling calls. You use the lights next to the buttons
differently, depending on the purpose of the button and the
operator function.
Console Button Lights
Each call or fixed feature button has a red light and a green
light next to it. These lights provide the following important
