To Use Inspect
1. Press lnspct.
2. Select the button you

on the DSS (to view the first number in the range
of numbers for that DSS page button).
Press the DSS button for an extension (to view
extension information).
Press Alarm (to see the status of system
alarms).
Press any other button you want to inspect.
You cannot inspect display buttons or dedicated feature
buttons. If you press a dedicated feature button (Transfer,
Conf, or Hold ) or a labeled display button ( Menu or
Home), your console will leave Inspect mode and turn on
the feature for the button you pressed.
3. Press Home to leave Inspect mode.
