This document is written for customers who purchase the High
Availability feature of the CentreVu® Call Management System
This document contains a variety of procedures to help you maintain your

CMS High Availability system. It assumes a minimum level of technical
knowledge on the part of its readers to complete the procedures. It
assumes, for example, that the reader knows how to perform backup and
restore procedures for the CMS system. Where necessary, this
document refers to other CMS documentation which describe how to
