You should have the appropriate number of tapes for the backup. When
you run a manual backup (not from a timetable), you get an
acknowledgment in the Back Up Data window that tells you the number
of tapes needed for a full backup. (Incremental backups should fit on 1
tape so no estimate is needed.)

Use this table to decode backup information.

System name
Year, month and day of the backup, in the form yymmdd
Number of backups for this day
Type of data backed up:
A for both ACD-specific administration data and historical data
C for custom data
H for historical data
L for local system administration data
M for ACD-specific administration data
S for CMS system data
X for no backup
