4. Lower the resource values that apply to the transmit queue.
v If you have Windows XP Professional, do the following:
1. Click Start"Control Panel"Network Connections"Local Area Connection.
2. Select your IBM Ethernet adapter from the list.
3. Click Properties"Advanced.
4. Lower the resource values that apply to the transmit queue.
