DDNS

Use the following procedure to configure settings for using a DDNS (Dynamic Domain Name System).

Click the [Network] button on the setup menu.

On the sub-menu that appears, click [DDNS].
This will display the [DDNS] setup window.

Configure the settings for each item.
Refer to "DDNS settings" table for details about setting items.

Click the [Set] button.
Description
Specifies whether a DDNS is used.
Enter the user name to be registered on the DDNS.
Enter up to 32 single-byte alphanumeric characters and
*1
symbols.
Enter the password for the above user name.
Enter up to 32 single-byte alphanumeric characters and
*1
symbols.
Specifies the DNS update interval.
Enter the host name to be registered on the DDNS.
Enter up to 255 single-byte alpha-numeric characters,
including hyphen (-) and period (.).
