The Configure Advanced Switch Features screen allows
you to enable or disable auto-partitioning on all ports as
well as to enable or disable head of line blocking prevention.
Press ADVANCE SETTINGS on the System Configuration
window to access the Configure Advanced Switch Features
screen:

The field you can set is:
Head Of Line (HOL) Blocking Prevention
this function is designed to prevent forwarding a packet
to a "blocking" port, that is, a port where an excess of
packets are queued up. Note that when a multicast
packet or a packet with an unknown destination address
needs
to be forwarded to several ports, and if some of them are
"blocking", the packet will not be discarded, rather it will
be forwarded only to the ports that are not "blocking".
