The two types of 208-240VAC PDUs can be used together to meet different
requirements for current and power receptacles. These combinations are detailed
in Chapter 3 of this document under "Wide Ranging PDU Configurations."
How to Position the PDUs
Count the receptacles needed for each unit in the rack, and notice where the
PDUs can be most conveniently located.
NOTE
Due to power requirements, each PDU will support fewer LPr
servers than it has receptacles.
Decide whether to orient the PDU vertically or horizontally.
