If at least one server group and one file server are defined, the opening
screen will appear. See Figure 3-1.
If not, the Define Server Groups dialog box appears. Refer to the
section, "Server Groups and Server Set Up," in Chapter 4 for more
information. See Figure 4-4.
2. After starting the FCArray Assistant Client software, minimize the utility
to an icon, unless a configuration or maintenance process is required.
Letting it run in the background keeps it available and operating at all
times.
NOTE
To ensure notification of an event, the FCArray Assistant
Server and Client must be running at all times.

Navigating FCArray Assistant Client

Button Controls

Dialog boxes, property sheets, and windows throughout the FCArray Assistant
Client have a series of control or command buttons. Some examples of these
include:
Click this button to apply the settings made in the dialog box.
Click this button to cancel the settings made in the dialog box.
Click this button to confirm the action identified in the dialog box.
Click this button to cancel the action identified in the dialog box.
Click this button to close the active dialog box.
Click this button to apply your configuration changes.
