The purpose of this section is to instruct the operator on how to perform a basic scan using the
Touch
Screen, and to provide general operating tips (things you should know).

Things You Should Know

The Infinity WF Scanner is designed as a scan-from-center device. This means that at least
some part of the document being scanned must be placed on the center of the scan table
(Figure 6.1)

The Infinity WF has the available option of a Foot Pedal. The Foot Pedal is used by the
operator to issue a scan command instead of using the Touch Screen. Foot Pedals can be
purchased through a BBH Authorized Spare Parts Reseller (ASPR). A complete listing of

The following instructions assume that the scanner has already been properly installed and set
up for use.
To scan a document, perform the following:
