A variable indicating whether the FxPort has agreed to support Class

2 sequential delivery from the Fabric Login. This is only meaningful

if Class 2 service has been agreed.

A flag indicating whether the FxPort has agreed to support Class 3

sequential delivery from the Fabric Login. This is only meaningful if

Class 3 service has been agreed.

this object is '0000000000000000'H, this FxPort has no NxPort

attached to it.
