Once the gate arm measurements are calculated:
Weld the bracket on the gate.
Completely weld around the rectangular tubes and bracket!

Fit pin in slot.

Gate Open
Arm is on TOP
of bracket.
Weld the longer arm..........

Red handle
must be in
90° position

Tighten the nut.

Replace cover and star knob.
Gate Closed

Tighten the handle.

........then weld the shorter arm.

Pull the short arm away
from the gate.
NO slippage should occur.
If it does, go back and
tighten the nut.
