Symptom
A print job has
stopped in the
middle of the
printing process.

Cause
As a result of
processing print jobs
continuously, the fuser
unit has become hot.

cooling off.

time, the temperature
in the MFP inside has
become too high. The
MFP is cooling off.
The MFP was turned
off for a long time or
every day.
More than 72 hours
has passed after the
MFP was turned off.
You have been
launched Multiple
applications.
The processing speed
of the computer may
be slowing down the
print job.
You have selected
[High Quality] on the
[Job Options] tab of
the printer driver.
The print data is
complicated.
The printer driver may
not be operating
correctly.
