Symptom
Printed images

Cause
The paper is too moist or
dry.
[Paper Black Setting] or
[Paper Color Setting] is
improperly configured.
The image drum unit is
damaged.
The toner is low.
The document glass and
paper feed roller of the ADF
are dirty.

Remedy
Use paper stored in
proper temperature
and humidity
conditions.
Press the <SETTING>
key and select [Admin
Setup] > [Print Setup]
> [Print menu] >
[Printer Adjust], and
then change the value
for [Paper Black
Setting] or [Paper
Color Setting].
Replace the image
drum unit.
Replace the toner
cartridge.
Clean the document
glass and paper feed
roller.
