key
Lights up The MFP is off line and
cannot print received
fax data.
Press the <PRINT> key
on the control panel
and then select
[Online/Offline] on the
print menu screen.
<STATUS>
key
Lights up A ScanTo job is being
cancelled.
Lights up An email or file
transmission is being
cancelled.
Blinks The memory
overflowed while
scanning data.
Blinks The connected USB
memory is full and
cannot store data.
Delete unnecessary
files from the USB
memory, or use a USB
memory with enough
available space.
