18. Align and place the heat sink (A) on top of the microprocessor. Lower the retention mechanism
(B) over the heat sink and tighten the captive mounting screw (C). Some downward pressure will
be required to tighten the screw. Do not overtighten the screw.

19. Repeat steps 24 through 30 for the remaining microprocessor sockets.
NOTE
Be sure to install a heat sink filler (A) for all microprocessor sockets that are empty
(unused).
