Description
Cannot retrieve device info object for a
device
Attempting to update policy status on
devices because the policy extension
changed.
Setting update policy status for device.
Remedy
Cause: When trying to set the Update status
on devices which use an extension, the
device info was unable to be located in the
configuration store.
Action: On the device that is not receiving
an Update status, make a configuration
change to force the Update link to become
active.
Cause: Informational message.
Action: No action necessary.
