6 Message Reference
timeslot
The timeslot number on the T1/E1 line interface unit on which the fixed data
is transmitted. The valid range for timeslot is 1 to 31 for an E1 interface and
1 to 24 for a T1 interface.
pattern
The value of the fixed data to be generated. The value must be in the range 0
to 255. Typical values are 0xff for an "all ones" idle pattern, or 0x2a for an
ITU-T E1 idle pattern.
Status Response
The confirmation message (if requested) indicates success by status of zero.
On error, the following status values can be found in the confirmation
message.
