Follow these steps to view a list of current events in the System
Monitor window:

Click to open the System Monitor window. Event
notifications appear in the bottom part of this window, as
shown in Figure 3-2.

View the event information for one or all systems. New entries
appear on the list as the system events occur, and a date and
time is listed for each event.
– A green bullet to the left of an event indicates that the event
has not been viewed yet.
– To specify how the events are ordered, click on the column
heading you wish to sort by. See Interpreting and Responding
to Event Messages on page 3-17 for more information on how
to respond to these messages.
Note:
The client sorts events from different systems
after adjusting the timestamp for each event to the
client's local time. That is, events are sorted correctly
by absolute time of occurrence and are displayed in
the remote client's local time.
