In STEP-ZOOM mode, up to three exposures with
different focal lengths are made in rapid succession.
The focal length is shortened from exposure to exposure.

First exposure
The initial focal length determines the number of auto-
matic exposures (see table).
1. Press the MODE button until the arrow in the LCD
panel points to STEP.

2. The self-timer is activated automatically.

3. The first exposure is made after 10 seconds. Further
step
exposures are made at five-second intervals. If flash
fuzzy
is required, the exposures can only be made if the
normal
flash is "ready". As a result intervals between shots
can be longer.
Note:
• There is no need to keep the shutter release pressed
down.
