Accessing the Manager Using the Console

To access the Manager using the Console:
1. If you have not already done so, install the Console on each computer from which you
plan to manage the storage system as described in

2. Start the Console and connect to the storage system as described in

3. Log in to the Manager as described in

Accessing the Manager Using a Web Browser

To access the Manager using a Web browser:
1. From any computer in your network, run Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0* or Firefox
1.06* or newer, enter the following in the address bar, and then press Enter:
https://storage_system
where storage_system is the fully qualified domain name or IP address of the storage
system.
