The following procedure describes
how to delete fax numbers pro-
grammed in Quick Dial keys.

Press the { { { { User Tools} } } } key.

Enter the code for "Fax Features"
with the number keys.

Enter the code for "Program/De-
lete" with the number keys.

Enter the code for "Delete Quick
Dial" with the number keys.

Press the Quick Dial key that the
destination you want to delete is
programmed.

A Press [Status].
B Press the Quick Dial key in
which the destination you
want to delete is programmed.
Note
❒ If the destination is not dis-
played, press [↑ ↑ ↑ ↑ Prev.] or [↓ ↓ ↓ ↓ N-
ext] to find it.
❒ If you press [Cancel], the ma-
chine returns to the display
in step A.

Note
❒ When you make a mistake or do
not want to delete the destina-
tion, press [No]. The destination
is not deleted and the machine
returns to the display in step
