2.4.2 Connector Panel
To access the connector panel, you will need to remove the protective case covering it. For detailed instructions on
removing or installing the protective cover, please refer to the section titled
tector
on page 13.
The figure below illustrates the connector panel, which includes all the connectors available on the Regesta Smart v2
Nessum router.

Description
RST. Reset button. For further details on the functionality of the reset button, please see
RST Button
on page 26.
CONF. RJ45 connector providing access to the device's local console for configuration and
monitoring purposes. This connector can also be used as an RS-232 asynchronous DCE
serial port.
Coverage level below -100dBm.
Coverage level between -90dBm and -100dBm.
Coverage level above -90dBm.
Ethernet LAN1 is either disabled or not connected.
The Ethernet connection (link) is established:
• Steady: No data transfer is occurring.
• Flashing: Data is being transferred.
Ethernet LAN2 is either disabled or not connected.
The Ethernet connection (link) is established:
• Steady: No data transfer is occurring.
• Flashing: Data is being transferred.
The SFP module is not in use.
The Ethernet SFP connection (link) is established.
