The SDE devices can be installed in a 19” rack. 2.2.1 Standalone An SDE device can be placed as a standalone on a flat, stable surface. The adhesive rubber feet must be stuck to the underside panel to prevent the router from sliding. -

Fig. 15: iDRAC virtual console 2.5.2 SuperMicro - BMC access BMC or "Baseboard Management Controller" is a system that allows users to remotely monitor and control Supermi- cro devices. To access this system remotely, it is first necessary to configure the BMC network settings from the sys- tem BIOS. -

The BMC web interface should appear on the screen. Fig. 18: BMC login page The default access user and password are teldat/teldat_Operator. This user will only have access for monitoring pur- poses. Once these credentials have been entered, the BMC's main page may be accessed by pushing "Login". -
