REQUIRED TOOLS: 9/16" SOCKET/OPEN-END WRENCH & #2 PHILLIPS-HEAD SCREWDRIVER
READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THIS
FIXTURE.
CAUTION: THE ELECTRICAL POWER MUST BE DISCONNECTED BEFORE
OPENING THE FIXTURE. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE INSTALLATION
DOCUMENTATION OR OPERATING THIS PRODUCT OTHERWISE, THEN FOR
ITS INTENDED USE VOIDS THE WARRANTY.
STEP 1: SECURE WALL BOX TO MOUNTING SURFACE
Wall mounting bracket is secured to wall with 3/8" studs
or bolts (Supplied by others).
The installer shall assure that structural members are
present in the wall with a sufficient safety factor to
anchor mounting hardware and support a luminaire
weight up to 30 pounds.
STEP 2: INSTALL SQUARE POLE ADAPTER (SPA)
Remove the adhesive film from the APC and attach the adapter
to the mounting holes in the wall box. Using the 3/8" x 16" x 2"
hardware supplied, install the bolt, split washer and washer in
the top threaded hole of the wall box.
DO NOT TIGHTEN ALL THE WAY. Leave approx. a 1" gap to hang
luminaire.
STEP 3: INSTALL LUMINAIRE
Loosen (2x) #8-32 retained screws that secure the door to the
luminaire. Lower door and hang luminaire over top mounting
bolt using the key slot feature on the back of the arm. Ensure
that the washers remain on the inside of the luminaire. Install
the remaining 3/8"-16 x 2" bolt, split washer and flat washer into
the lower mounting slot of the luminaire.
Torque mounting hardware to 16.5ft-lbs.
CAUTION Prevent over torque damage
Do not over torque the bolts
STEP 4: MAKE WIRE CONNECTIONS
Once luminaire is installed and hardware is properly
torqued, make supply wiring connections according to the
appropriate wiring diagram.
* 0-10V AND OVERRIDE WIRES OPTIONAL
* WIRE NUTS SUPPLIED BY OTHERS
* CONDUIT SUPPLIED BY OTHERS
