PTF2 (3-1/2'' O.D.), PTF3 (4-1/2'' O.D.) Pole Top Fitter
REQUIRED TOOLS: 9/16" SOCKET/OPEN-END WRENCH & #2 PHILLIPS-HEAD SCREWDRIVER
READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THIS
FIXTURE.
CAUTION: THE ELECTRICAL POWER MUST BE DISCONNECTED BEFORE
OPENING THE FIXTURE. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE INSTALLATION
DOCUMENTATION OR OPERATING THIS PRODUCT OTHERWISE, THEN FOR
ITS INTENDED USE VOIDS THE WARRANTY.
STEP 1 : INSTALL PTF ON A TENON
Slide in the PTF onto the tenon as shown in the picture. Level and
secure with (6) 3/8'' socket set screws. Torque to 20 ft-lbs.
CAUTION Prevent over torque damage
Do not over torque set screws
STEP 2 : ASSEMBLE BOLT
Place the first 3/8-16 X 1.75'' bolt at the toppest hole. Then screw
the nut with split lock washer and flat washer to secure the bolt .
STEP 3: INSTALL LUMINAIRE
Install luminaire. Refer to luminaire installation sheet.
Note:
Installation is generic to all luminiares.
Illustration is shown for reference only.
STEP 4 : CLOSING LUMINAIRE
Slide in the Pole Top Fitter Cap as shown in the picture.
Re-install the luminaire door with screws (4x).
STEP 5 : SEAL
Add silicone to these areas.
