REQUIRED TOOLS: 9/16" SOCKET/OPEN-END WRENCH & #2 PHILLIPS-HEAD SCREWDRIVER
READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THIS
FIXTURE.
CAUTION: THE ELECTRICAL POWER MUST BE DISCONNECTED BEFORE
OPENING THE FIXTURE. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE INSTALLATION
DOCUMENTATION OR OPERATING THIS PRODUCT OTHERWISE, THEN FOR
ITS INTENDED USE VOIDS THE WARRANTY.
STEP 1: ASSEMBLE BOLSTER PLATE
Attach cage nut to the bolster plate provided. Hold bolster plate
inside pole with top hole aligned with top mounting hole in pole.
STEP 2: INSTALL TOP BOLT
Begin threading (1) 3/8"-16 x 2" bolt, split washer and flat
washer through top mounting hole and into nut. Do not tighten
top bolt all the way, leaving approx. 1" gap for hanging
luminaire.
NOTE: Use supplied square pole adapter (gasket) between
luminaire and pole for square pole install. Remove film from
PSA and secure the adapter to the pole over the mounting
holes.
STEP 3: INSTALL LUMINAIRE
Loosen (4x) retained door screws and lower luminaire door. Hang
luminaire over top bolt using key slot feature on back of arm.
Ensure that the washers remain on the inside of luminaire. Install
remaining (1x) 3/8"-16 x 2" bolt, split washer and flat washer
through the lower mounting slot on the arm and into the bolster
plate.
Round pole : Torque mounting hardware to 18 ft-lbs.
Square pole : Torque mounting hardware to 16.5 ft-lbs.
CAUTION Prevent over torque damage
Do not over torque the bolt
STEP 4: MAKE WIRE CONNECTIONS
Once luminaire is installed and hardware is properly
torqued, make supply wiring connections according to the
appropriate wiring diagram.
* 0-10V AND OVERRIDE WIRES OPTIONAL
* WIRE NUTS SUPPLIED BY OTHERS
STEP 5: REINSTALL DOOR
Lift door to closed position and tighten the (4x) #8-32
screws to 18 in-lbs. Once fully installed, energize
luminaire to test supply wire connections.
