(Up) or
(Down) navigation key to highlight either North American or Permit all.
Press
(Select) to select the highlighted option. The North American option recognizes an 11 to 12 digit phone number that you speak into the phone (as
opposed to speaking a name). Ex: 1-222-555-1010. The Permit all option allows any country codes to be spoken into the phone. Ex: 44 (20) 6789 1234.
Press CLR to return to the Voice dialing screen.

Voice Tag List

The voice tag list displays the voice tags that you have allocated to particular phonebook contacts.

Press 2 to display the Voice tag list.
Press Softkey1 (Play) to play the name you recorded earlier.
Press MENU (Options Menu) to display the voice tag list options menu.
Press 1 to play the voice tag selected from the Voice tag list screen.
Press 2 to delete the voice tag selected from the voice tag screen. The phone prompts you with, "(Contact Name) Delete voice tag for this entry?" Press Softkey1
(Yes) to delete the current tag or press Softkey2 (No) to return to the Voice tag list.
Press 3 to delete all voice tags from within the voice tag list. The phone prompts you with, "Delete all voice tags?" Press Softkey1 (Yes) to delete all stored
voice tags, or press Softkey2 (No) to return to the Voice tag list.
Press CLR to return to the Voice dialing screen.

Memory Status

Press 3 to display the Memory status screen. This screen lists the Total amount of voice tags you can store in your phone, along with the number of spaces
available for additional voice tag storage.
Press Softkey1 (OK) to return to the Voice dialing screen.

Delete All Tags

Press 4 to select Delete all tags. This option allows you to delete all stored voice tags stored. The phone prompts you with, "Delete all voice tags?" Press
Softkey1 (Yes) to delete all stored voice tags, or press Softkey2 (No) to return to the Voice dialing screen.

Personalization

This option allows you to adapt your phone to the specific qualities of your voice.

Press 5 to display the Personalization screen.
Press 1 to adapt your phone to your voice. The phone then prompts you with a reminder, "Please perform adaptation in a quiet environment." Press Softkey1 to
continue the adaptation process, or press Softkey2 (No) to return to the Personalization screen. If you press Softkey1 (Yes), the phone will prompt you to
speak a series of words, symbols, and numbers into the microphone, which give the phone a full reading of your voice range. When the process is complete, you are
prompted with, "Repeat process if necessary to improve recognition."Press Softkey1 (OK) to return to the Personalization screen.
