Validity period :The maximum time that outgoing messages can store in message center, has 4
words: 12 hours, 24 hours, week and maximum;
Read report :set the read report on or off ;
Delivery report :set the delivery report on or off ;
Priority: Three levels: Low, Medium and High
Receive : set up the mode in which MMS is sent and received: Auto and Manual
Auto:Change receive mode to Auto or Manual.
Reply: Switch to "On" or "Off" to decide whether to reply when the bearer sends an MMS with
a request for a reply.
Filter :to set a flter list ,storage the addresser ' number or email which not want to receive ,the most conten
is 20 numbers , When the selected numbers exceed 20(include mail ), the phone will prompt" List
empty !" press option and select the following options:
view :Look over the list ;
Add: new :Create number or email;
Edit : to edit the number or email ;
Delete : delete the select content .
8.11.2 Reset
This function will reset your phone to its factory settings.
8.12 Quick text
Quick text is used to offer model text for SMS and MMS and, you just need slight alteration to get a
satisfying text. It can save you much time in editing message. Please see Chap.8.2 for relative operation
details.
In text-editing screen，press Option， select Quick text to list various quick text，pressOption and
you can：
New: to create a new quick text in Quick text；
Edit: to modify the selected text；
Delete: to delete the selected text。
8.13 Voice mail
Voice mail service is network dependent and you can subscribe this service from your service provider.
The Voice mail centre number must be set before using this service.
With the Message screen displayed, highlight Voice mail and press select or OK key to display the Voice
mail screen.
Select Listen to call the Voice mail centre and retrieve your voice mails.
Select Edit to set your Voice mail centre number (contact your service provider for details of your Voice mail
centre number).
8.14 Storage status
Display memory status for SMS,MMS,WAP PUSH,OTA , such as the remaining storage capacity and total
used memory of SIM card and Phone memory.
Note : MMS,WAP PUSH,OTA can only storage in phone , the most piece of MMS is 80, WAP PUSH is 20,OTA
