Polling Interval

This setting allows your wireless phone to automatically check the network service provider's server for new Emails after specified intervals. If you set the Never option, you
will have to manually check for new Emails.
To establish a polling interval from within the Advanced menu screen,

Press 3 and 2.
Highlight and select the polling interval option (Never; or, every 15 minutes, 1 hour, 4 hours, Every day, or Every week).
Press CLR to return to the Email settings menu.
The phone will periodically connect to the network and may cost additional money if you set the Polling Interval to any setting other than "Never".

Download Count

This setting limits the number of Emails that are downloaded at a time to your wireless phone.
To establish the download count from within the Advanced menu screen,

Press 3 and 3.
Highlight and select the download count number (number of Emails to download at a time: 10, 20, 50, or 250).
Press CLR to return to the Email settings menu.

Maximum Message Size

This setting limits the size to Emails that are automatically downloaded from the server.
To establish the maximum message size from within the Advanced menu screen,

Press 3 and 4.
Highlight and select the message size to automatically download (Of any size, Headers only, <1Kb, <10Kb, or <50Kb).
Press CLR to return to the Email settings menu.
You will not receive notification of new
messages if the number exceeds the set limit.
If you select a small download limit, check
your account often for new messages.
