Configuring Port Parameters

Use the Port Configuration menus to set or display communication
parameters for any port or module in the switch.

Description

Shows port type as:
10/100TX : 10BASE-T / 100BASE-TX
100FX : 100BASE-FX
1000SX : 1000BASE-SX
Allows you to disable a port due to abnormal
behavior (e.g., excessive collisions), and then
re-enable it after the problem has been
resolved. You may also disable a port for
security reasons.
