Whether duel video PC images will be recorded is not related to whether duel video

recording is checked here, but to whether H.239 is supported by an endpoint.

Setting the Interval for Requesting I Frames during Recording

In order to guarantee the quality of the playback, the RSS 2000 will ask the endpoint for I frame at a regular

interval. The default time interval is requesting I frames every minute, with a permissible range of 1-10 minutes.
