Securing a Battery Pack

You can provide anti-theft protection for the battery pack in the
battery bay by using a battery pack security screw.

Accessing the Battery Pack Security Screws

One battery pack security screw ships inside the package
containing the pen battery. A second battery pack security screw
ships inside the battery bay.
To access the battery pack security screw which ships inside the
battery bay:
1. Remove the battery pack as instructed in "Replacing a
Battery Pack," earlier in this section.
2. Remove the battery pack security screw.
