About the MCA1001 Configuration Utility

Your Coax-Ethernet Adapters are preconfigured so you can immediately set up a network, out of
the box. For advanced users, the MCA1001 Configuration Utility allows you to then manage the
Coax-Ethernet Adapters on your network. The utility allows you to:
• Set up security, including encryption type and password
• Change channel frequency and diplexer mode
• View statistics
• Perform a factory reset
• Update your Coax-Ethernet Adapter firmware
