The filter selection switches the IF passband width as

The filter selection is automatically memorized in each
mode.
When an optional filter is installed, set the optional fil-
ter setting in set mode. (p. 55) Optional filters are not
selected by default.
®© If the start up screen is not selected (if [F-5]'s func-
tion is [EXIT]), push [F-5] one or more times to exit.
@ Push the desired mode switch.
@ Push [(F-2)FILTER] to enter the filter selection
screen.
- The lines show the selectable combination of IF filters.
