2.3 - Controls and electrical connections

3 - PRELIMINARY CHECKS

Before installing the product, check and ensure:
• That the operating temperatures indicated in paragraph 2.2
are compatible with the installation position
• that the fixing/installation position is protected from water and
the unwanted entry of animals/insects.
• that the characteristics of the power supply comply with the
technical specifications indicated in paragraph 2.2
• that the characteristics of the loads to be connected to the
outputs do not exceed the limits indicated in paragraph 2.2
• that the fixing/installation position does not offer excessive
shielding to the Bluetooth communication, such as to prevent

4 - PRODUCT INSTALLATION

In the case of installation on a wall or on a panel, use the slots on
the plastic fins and screws suitable for the material to be drilled. It
is recommended not to use screws with a diameter greater than 3
mm. For built-in installations, remove the plastic fins by breaking
them.Connect the devices to be controlled to the OUT1 and/or
OUT2 outputs.Connect the power supply to the input (poles 1-2 on
the terminal block).
Install the Key Automation S.r.l. KUBE SMART
application from the Apple Store or Google Play
Store on your smartphone.
Access the application and connect to KUBEU using the secret
code provided inside the package, then follow the instructions on
the smartphone.
Start the application and log in with your credentials. If you don't
have an account, register a new one (IMAGE 1).
Once logged in to the application, click on the + button at the
bottom right to connect to a new Bluetooth device. Available
devices are displayed: KUBEUs are identified by a string starting
with "KUBERL". Once you have selected the desired one, you are
asked to enter the secret code, which is found inside the package
(IMAGE 2).
After activating the KUBEU with the respective secret code, the

Using your smartphone, check that the behavior of the outputs corresponds to what was previously configured during installation. The
system can be put into service after testing by a qualified technician who must carry out the tests required by the reference regulations
