Create the processes for the steps as action blocks.

2-8-1 Creating Actions

Create the actions using ladder.
1 Register an action program.
The Initial Step does not require an action
block, since there is nothing there to process.

Create a ladder action program for the Issue
Ticket step.
Right-click the Issue Ticket step, and select
Add Action - New Ladder Action from the
pop-up menu.
An action block will be added.
Right-click Action1, which has been added to
the project workspace, and select Rename
from the pop-up menu.
