error is indicated.

Check whether power is being supplied by
the Unit power supply.
Turn the power OFF and then ON again.
Replace the Unit if the error recurs.
Use a Programming Device to write the cor-
rect data again.
Backup the data again.
Register the I/O configuration table again.

If the problem occurs only in a particular
Unit, check the baud rate and restart the
Unit.
Set the node addresses again to eliminate
the duplication, and restart the Slice I/O Ter-
minal.
Check the following items and restart the
Slice I/O Terminal.
• Is the baud rate the same as the Master's?
• Are lengths of cables (trunk and branch
lines) correct?
• Are cables short-circuited, broken, or
loose?
• Is terminating resistance connected to
both ends of the trunk line only?
• Is noise interference excessive?
Check the following items.
• Is the baud rate the same as the Master's?

Check whether the Master has started
properly.
