9. Routine Maintenance
ATTENTION
Commissioning operations must be performed in compliance with all the provisions of the
preceding paragraphs. All operations performed on the machine must be carried out by qualified
personnel in compliance with the national legislation in force in the country of destination.
Before performing any task on the device or accessing into its internal parts, it is essential to
ensure that the power supply has been disconnected.
9.1 Cleaning or replacing Filters
Dirty filters cause an increase in the load loss of the device and a reduction in the air volume.
Clean the filters periodically at least every 90 days or every 1500 hours.
When the device reaches 1500 hours of operation the red LED blinks (2 s on - 2 s OFF) to indicate that the filters
need to be cleaned.
To clean the filters proceed as follows:
1. Disconnect the power supply of the device.
2. Release the lid from the device by pressing on the side fins and remove the ventilation body.
3. Remove the filters and clean them with a vacuum cleaner or blow them out with compressed air. You can
immerse the filter in water and clean it periodically.
4. Ensure that the filter is completely dry before installing it back into the device.
5. Reassemble the ventilation body according to the installation direction.
