NOTICE
Precautions when making knockout holes:
▪
Avoid damaging the casing and underlying piping.
▪
After making the knockout holes, we recommend to remove the burrs and paint
the edges and areas around the edges using repair paint to prevent rusting.
▪
When passing electrical wiring through the knockout holes, wrap the wiring with
protective tape to prevent damage.

d If there are any possibilities that small animals enter the system through the
knockout holes, close the holes with packing materials (to be prepared on-site)
NOTICE
We recommend using solid (single-core) wires. If stranded wires are used, slightly
twist the strands to consolidate the end of the conductor for either direct use in the
terminal clamp or insertion in a round crimp-style terminal.
To prepare stranded conductor wire for installation
Method 1: Twisting conductor
1 Strip insulation (20 mm) from the wires.
2 Slightly twist the end of the conductor to create a "solid-like" connection.
Method 2: Using round crimp-style terminal
1 Strip insulation from wires and slightly twist the end of each wire.
2 Install a round crimp-style terminal on the end of the wire. Place the round
crimp-style terminal on the wire up to the covered part and fasten the
terminal with the appropriate tool.
