5. Place the hydraulic control lever in
"LOWEST" position.

6. Set the throttle lever to about 1/2 way.

7. Insert the key into the key switch and
turn it "ON".

NOTE:
ACC... All the accessories can be used while the engine
is stopped.
C Check Easy Checker(TM) Lamps
1. When the key is turned "ON", indicators (1) (3) should
come on. If trouble should occur at any location while
the engine is running, the indicator corresponding to
that location comes on.
2. The parking brake indicator (2) comes on while
parking brake is applied and goes off when it is
released.

3. Suppose that the engine coolant temperature is not
high enough yet. Glow plug indicator (4) also comes
on when the key is turned "ON" to preheat the engine
and goes off automatically when preheat is completed.
